Big Daddy Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 can heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 5 eggs blended
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix whipping cream, salt, cayenne pepper and eggs.
  2. Butterfly shrimp.
  3. Dip into flour, then cream mixture, then coconut milk, then bread crumbs.
  4. Deep fry until brown.
  5. Blend pineapple juice, sugar, and apple cider vinegar.
