Turkey Meat Loaf Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 medium onion quartered
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 2 carrots finely grated
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Instructions

Heat the grill to medium. Meanwhile, place the onion and garlic in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. In all large bowl combine the turkey, the onion mixture, carrots, tomato paste, mustard, salt and pepper. Form into four patties. Place the burgers on the grill and cook 5 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
