With a hint of mint, this lemonade is a refreshing thirst quencher for any occasion.

Ingredients
- 1 cup freshly squeezed Meyer lemon juice-- about 5 to 6 lemons
- 1 cup simple syrup
- 3 to 4 cups cold clean water.
- Mint sprigs and (very) thinly sliced Meyer lemons for garnish.
- Ice cubes if you wish
Instructions

Take all the ingredients and dump them into a big enough pitcher. Stir and serve.
