Cauliflower Fritters

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower steamed
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1/4 cup romano cheese grated
- 1 egg
- 3 TB milk
- Parsley
- Salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic
Instructions

Chop cauliflower into small pieces. Crush and chop the garlic.

Mix the other ingredients into a batter. Add the cauliflower and garlic.

If the batter is too thick, add a little more milk.

Drop by large spoonful into heated oil.

When they are golden brown on both sides, drain on paper towels.
