Cashew Chocolate Fudgesicles

Ingredients

  • 1 (13.5) can of full-fat coconut milk  
  • 1/3 cup cashew butter
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup honey 
  • Pinch of salt 

Instructions

  1. To a blender, add the coconut milk, cashew butter, cocoa powder, honey and salt. Blend until pureed and smooth. Transfer to popsicles molds and add popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least 5 hours, ideally overnight. 
  2. Gently remove popsicles from their mold.
