Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Chill 2 to 4 hours and serve.
