Ingredients

  • Bay Bottom Beds Mignonette Sauce
  • 1 shallot peeled and minced
  • 1 cup red raspberry sauce (Kozlowski Farms)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve oysters. Spoon a bit of Mignonette Sauce over oysters on the half-shell.
