This is one of my favorite quick and tasty dinners. I come from the camp that feta makes anything better, and this baked shrimp is full of it.
An easy, flavorful sauce is thrown together with sautéed garlic, canned diced tomatoes and spices and baked with the shrimp. Youll definitely want a loaf of chewy sourdough bread to sop up all the sauce on your plate!
Orzo pasta or angel hair are other nice accompaniments to this dish. Its the perfect weeknight dinner and a staple at my house!
