Have you finished all your holiday baking yet? Or, like me, are you just getting started? Well, theres still time to whip out some perfect Christmas cookies for Santa next week!
I love these dark chocolate cinnamon cookies, as they are the perfect cut-out cookie, meaning they work great with cookie cutters. These are a welcomed twist on plain old-fashioned sugar cookies. The chocolate cinnamon flavor really makes them something special and they look nice when decorated with a plain vanilla powdered sugar icing and lots of sprinkles, of course!
This is a quick cookie to bake, as no chilling of the dough is necessary. Just mix, roll out, cut out and bake.
Just remember to save some for Santa!
