I know Ive talked about it before on here, but I really love winter squash. And today I have a fantastic (and easy!) recipe for brown sugar roasted butternut squash for you.
Youll never believe how simple it is, and its a guaranteed crowd pleaser. I made this last weekend for a casual fall-themed dinner party and my guests couldnt stop raving about it. I promised I would share the recipe, so here it is!
You only need three ingredients: butternut squash, brown sugar and sea salt. I like the crunchy sea salt --- the kind with the big flakes.
Enjoy this roasted squash alongside your Thanksgiving feast, toss it in a big green salad or throw it in some pasta with goat cheese --- any way you choose to enjoy it, I know youll love it!
