Watch the World Cup with Brazilian Brigadeiro

My dream dinner would be a big plate of the Brazilian stew, Feijoada. It's a dish made up of braised beans, pork and vegetables. It's often times served with rice, sausage and a salad made up of delicious pickled things. I've been hoping to find someone to show me how to make it and luckily I did a few months back. Unfortunately, it's not easy and many of the ingredients required to really achieve a good, authentic Feijoada aren't all that easy to find. In lieu of that recipe, which I hope to share with you all at some point, are these delicious Brazilian truffles known as Brigadeiro.
They're a mixture of sweetened condensed milk, butter, a bit of salt and cocoa powder, cooked until thick and delicious. The chocolate is then chilled so it hardens a bit. After the chilling process, the balls of chocolate are rolled in chocolate sprinkles. Now, you can do this too, but I found it even more fun to roll them in other tasty things like crushed potato chips, pretzels, chopped pistachios and walnuts. It's no surprise that the potato chips were my absolute favorite.
If you're heading to a World Cup party, I recommend these. They're an absolute must! They're easy, tasty and you can make them your absolute own.
