Looking for a last minute cocktail to go with your Thanksgiving feast?
Why not try this delicious apple cider sangria? Its crisp, light and refreshing, and absolutely perfect as a pre-dinner cocktail.you know, while youre still making the gravy and pulling the rolls out of the oven.
I like to use Moscato wine here, which is a light, semi-sweet white varietal. Many sangrias use red wine, but I love the light, crisp flavor that using white wine lends. If you cant find Moscato, feel free to use any dry white wine.
And lastly --- my secret sangria ingredient: ginger ale. It makes sangria complete, in my opinion, by adding just a bit of bubbly fizz and sweetness.
