Tuberous Begonia Vinegar

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tuberous begonia flowers preferably red*
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Put the flowers, apple juice, honey and red wine vinegar in a blender and blend at high speed until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Remove the vinegar from the refrigerator 15 minutes prior to serving to bring up to room temperature.
