Tuberous Begonia Vinegar

Ingredients
- 1 cup tuberous begonia flowers preferably red*
- 1 cup apple juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Instructions

Put the flowers, apple juice, honey and red wine vinegar in a blender and blend at high speed until the mixture is smooth.

Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Remove the vinegar from the refrigerator 15 minutes prior to serving to bring up to room temperature.
