Sesame Dressing

- Makes 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 medium garlic cloves minced
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, sesame oil, sugar, salt and garlic. Gradually whisk in the vegetable oil until well blended.
