Salish Grilled Salmon with Red Nation Wild Rice and Huckleberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 filet of Pacific salmon
- 2 cup of wild harvested huckleberries
- 1 cut wild rice from Red Lake Nation
- Slice of lemon
Instructions

Build a fire with cedar or alder planks on top to add flavor

Grill salmon over the fire until the fat bubbles through the top.

In a separate pot, boil 4 cups of water and add in wild rice.

Boil for 35 minutes then add in huckleberries and boil for 5 minutes more.
