Mint Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon corriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 cup Greek plain yogurt
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Add mint leaves, corriander, and cumin to a blender or food processor. Blend the ingredients for one minute. Add 1/2 of the yogurt to the mint mixture and blend again for a couple of minutes until the mint is completely blended. Remove the mixture to a medium bowl. Add the remaining yogurt and season with salt and pepper if necessary.
