Microwaved Corn on the Cob

Want a quick and easy snack? Only cooking for one? Microwaved corn on the cob is perfect for late afternoon cravings or a fast way to get a vegetable on the dinner table. Best of all, it is low in calories.

- Fresh corn on the cob
Instructions

Husk and de-silk corn. Wrap each ear individually in wax paper.

Microwave on high 2 minutes for each ear of corn (for example: 4 ears would cook for 8 minutes). Remove from microwave.

Carefully remove wax paper allowing for steam to escape. Corn will be hot!
