Ingredients
- 1 lbs soft tofu, cubed
- 2 oz, ground meat (beef/pork) / optional
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tbsp. hot bean sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
- cornstarch
- water
Instructions

In medium heat warm oil in a pan, add minced garlic. Warm until garlic smells like a real kitchen should. Add ground meat and brown the meat. Add hot bean sauce, soy sauce and water, and mix thoroughly. Bring to a slight boil.

Add cubed soft tofu and mix well. My mom loves to finish with a mixture of cornstarch and water to thicken the recipe. Top with chopped green onions.Serve with steamed rice.
