- 2 pints vanilla ice cream
- 36-ounce s lemon soda such as San Pellegrino Limonata or Newman's Own Sparkling Lemonade

Divide the vanilla ice cream into 6 to 8 serving glasses. Pour the lemon soda over it to fill each glass, using about 36 ounces. Wait a few minutes, until the lemon soda freezes, to create a slushy coating around the ice cream.
