Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can of cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Note: The original recipe is above. I altered it by using 1/4 teaspoon salt, adding a few shakes of black pepper and one tablespoon of sugar. I also preferred it with unsalted butter.

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs. Then add all the other ingredients and mix well. Put it into a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 for one hour or until well-set.
  2. If you are calorie conscious, you can use Egg Beaters instead of whole eggs, skim milk, and only 1 tablespoon of butter.
