Corn and Avocado Salad with Lime and Cilantro Dressing

Ingredients

• 2 ears of fresh corn
• 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
• 1 avocado chopped
• Juice from 1 lime
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Salt and Pepper to taste
