Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, stir together cocoa powder, sugar, milk and water.
  2. Bring to a boil and let boil 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  4. Cool and store in refrigerator.
