Chocolate Cream Soda

Ingredients

• ¼ cup half-and-half
• 2Tbs chocolate syrup
• 2/3 cup seltzer water (chilled)

Instructions

   In a tall glass, stir together ¼ cup half-and-half and 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup.

   Stirring vigorously, add 2/3 cup chilled seltzer water; serve immediately.
