Chimichurri Sauce

A traditional Argentinean condiment served smeared over steak. It is also good on grilled fish or grilled chicken.

Ingredients
- 4 bunches of Italian flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped
- 7 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 red onion diced fine
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Pinch of red chili flakes
Instructions

Mix all together, and enjoy with a fine steak.
