Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 of a banana
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
