Ingredients
- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 3 eggs
- 3 TBS sugar
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
Instructions

Melt margarine (or butter) and mix with cheese in bowl with mixer until smooth. It takes a while.

Slowly add Bisquick. Add sugar and then the eggs, one at a time.

Pour into greased loaf pan.

Bake 40 minutes at 350°. Serve with jam and or sour cream.
