Ingredients

  • Strip Steak
  • Garlic Spinach
  • Cheese
  • White Wine
  • Garlic
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Buy a premium cut strip steak, about one pound of weight.
  2. Slice the middle, making a hole to stuff with sauteed fresh garlic spinach and with argentine white cheese.
  3. Put the stuffed steak on the grill to grill a little on both sides.
  4. Move it to an oven in a pan with white wine, sliced garlic and a little water.
  5. Cook at 400° F for about 20 minutes.
