Ingredients

  • 4 lbs. Sirloin or Tenderloin
  • 3 lbs. Onions
  • 3.2 lbs. Mushrooms
  • 3.2 ounces Cooking Wine
  • 4 lbs. Sour Cream
  • 1 lb. Heavy Cream
  • .4 lbs. Dill
  • .80 cups Dijon Mustard

Instructions

  1. Sauté beef, onions with a touch of heavy cream for 25 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Add remainder of ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes or until beef is tender.
