- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- ½ cup skim milk
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- pinch of ground nutmeg
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- additional ice if desired

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
