Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1 small yellow onion chopped
  • Olive oil
  • 10 ounces dry salt codfish boiled and squeezed dry
  • 2 medium red potatoes boiled
  • Parsley chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olives chopped
  • 1 hardboiled egg chopped

Instructions

  1. In frying pan, sauté the garlic and onions in olive oil until brown.
  2. Add the codfish and boiled potatoes and chopped parsley and cook on low for ten minutes. Remove from heat and add the olives, salt, pepper, and chopped egg.
