Aviva Goldfarb is author and founder of The Six O'Clock Scramble®, a seasonal online weekly menu planner and cookbook author (St. Martin's Press, 2006). She has just released a new cookbook, SOS! The Six O'Clock Scramble to the Rescue: Earth-Friendly, Kid-Pleasing Dinners for Busy Families. Aviva also contributes as a food blogger to PBS Parent's Kitchen Explorers.
